Just imagine the strength of Typhoon Ondoy to have been able to toss around vehicles much like toys. It dumped as much rainfall in Metro Manila as a month's worth of rain, hence this mega flood. It even rivaled the rainfall experienced in New Orleans caused by Hurricane Katrina. Shockingly, Ondoy's flood has managed to destroy PHP 2 billion worth of property, and people are forced to start their lives all over again. Let us help with the relief efforts.
